Established in 1999, Future Beat Music was set-up to provide DJ’s and dance music consumers with upfront and hard to find cutting edge dance music vinyl and products from around the world.

Since first opening, the store has grown in stature as we have striven to be the very best with a continued emphasis on stocking the most dynamic music the scene has to offer.

Our objective is to provide the highest level of customer service, and provide our customers with quality dance music products. With our staff having a broad dance music knowledge ensures, our worldwide customers will always get a good range and choice of dance music products.

Making A Purchase Online

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Check Out" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Simply fill out your details, click [Continue to Checkout] and you will be taken to Worldpay where you can enter your credit/debit card details securely.

Shipping And Handling

All items are sent by 1st class delivery, and UK orders can be sent by 1st class Recorded delivery. All items sent within thick hard protective cardboard packaging. We aim to ship all products within 1 to 3 days of receiving your order.
Average delivery time for the UK is 1 to 3 days. Europe delivery time is 4 to 7 days. Shipments to the USA and the rest of the world are 7 to 10 days.

Stock Availability

The stock availability codes on the site are as follows:

Buy now	Item is currently in stock and ready to dispatch. Usually dispatched by next working day, or same day if ordered before 3pm

2-5 days	Item is currently in stock with our suppliers and is usually dispatched within 2-5 days.

Back order	Item is not usually held in stock and will be ordered on request. Usually we will dispatch items within 1-2 weeks unless the item is out of stock with our suppliers. We will accept back orders and hold them for up to 2 months until more stock is available.

Pre – order	Item is not currently released or available to customers from the label / manufacture. These Items are marked with a release date, indicating the date when the item will be available to be shipped to the customer. This service usually guarantees customers will receive item before they become out of stock or deleted.

Credit Card Security

Guarantee and Returns

If there is any defect at all or you feel the record was incorrectly described to you then within 30 days of delivery we will offer a full refund or credit your purchase. Regarding items being dispatched, delayed or deleted, your statutory rights are not affected. If goods arrive in a damaged condition or are defective you must notify us within 5 days of either date of delivery, or when you were aware of the defect. The goods may then be refund. or credit your purchase. Unfortunately we cannot refund postage and packaging costs.
